- If you need after-sales service for the stress relief squishy, please provide a complete unboxing video. Returns or exchanges are not supported without an unboxing video. Please make sure before placing your order.
- Once the goods have been shipped, order cancellation is prohibited. Please place your order carefully.
- We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process:
Contact Us: Email support@puffpetr.com to request a return. Include details about the item(s) and the reason for return. Attach pictures or videos for defective products.
Approval: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping the Return: Return the item(s) with original packaging and accessories within 7 business days of approval.
Refund Issuance: Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Damaged items due to misuse, modifications, or natural disasters.
Worn, washed, or incomplete items, including missing labels or stickers.
Free gifts, customized products, and sale items.
